I’m Dr. Sherley Pierre, a developmental psychologist dedicated to supporting children and their families on their unique growth journeys. With a PhD in Developmental Psychology and specialized training in Behavioral Diagnostic Assessments (BDAs) under the supervision of licensed psychologists, I provide expert insight and compassionate guidance to help families understand and support their child’s developmental needs.

Alongside me is Dr. Woodly Pierre, a marriage coach with a Doctorate in Ministry who specializes in helping couples strengthen their relationships through practical coaching and relational insight. With a calm, grounded presence, he offers couples the tools they need to communicate effectively, navigate challenges, and build lasting connection.

Together, we’re committed to nurturing the emotional, relational, and developmental wellness of families—one child, one couple, one conversation at a time.

Our Story

I'm Dr. Sherley Pierre, a developmental psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. My work began at age 18 in a child development center and grew into a career rooted in science, compassion, and advocacy. I specialize in informal developmental screenings and offer virtual consultations to help families understand and support their child’s growth—emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

Joining me is my husband, Dr. Woodly Pierre, a U.S. Army Chaplain, pastor, and experienced marriage coach. For more than 10 years, he has guided couples through communication challenges, marriage resiliency, and grief support with wisdom and empathy.

Together, we provide online services focused on child development, family support, and marriage wellness—meeting families wherever they are with insight, care, and practical strategies.

His holistic approach blends life experience, spiritual insight, and coaching expertise to empower couples to grow stronger together—even through life’s most difficult seasons.
