At Dr. Sherley Pierre Consult: Child Development and Family Support, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized developmental consulting services. Due to the nature of our work and the preparation involved, all sales are final once a service is booked and payment is processed.

Cancellation Refunds:
If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost or request a refund, depending on the circumstances. Refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally not available, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows:
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at drsherleypierre@gmail.com. We review requests fairly and will respond within 5 business days.
