Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All consultations and developmental screenings are conducted online via secure video conferencing. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the session link and details. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Because all sessions are virtual and time is reserved specifically for you, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows (missed sessions without notice) will be charged the full fee. If you experience a tech issue or emergency, please email us as soon as possible to discuss options. Waitlist Policy If the time slot you need is unavailable, you can request to join our virtual waitlist. We’ll contact you by email if an opening becomes available that matches your preferences. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late to your virtual session without notice, it may be canceled and considered a no-show. Please check your Wi-Fi connection and video platform access in advance.
